(There have been many new car purchases over the years.) I visited many dealerships before deciding on the Subaru and yours by far was the best, from the showroom to the personnel you deserve 5 stars. We were quickly greated and test drove 2 vehicles. The car we wanted was no longer available. The sales person checked other dealterships without success. They made us a killer deal on a similar car with more options. The process was smooth and comfortable. The employees were helpful and friendly without being pushy or "false".

We are very much enjoying our new Outback and are looking forward to enjoying it even more when I am finally retired. We also enjoyed our buying experience (as much as one can when spending $27000). Everything was explained clearly, and there was an appropriate level of follow-up while we were considering our purchase. Not too much, not too little. we also appreciated being made aware of the available incentives and the timeframe in which they were valid. I expect to continue to enjoy the vehicle and would certainly recommend both the Superstore and Mike Mallon to anyone who expressed interest in buying a car. We also appreciated the assistance from Laurence while Mike was with other customers. I am sure we will "look them up "when we come in for service!

I would like to thank you for fixing my Subaru?s cigarette lighter outlet so quickly and for keeping the price down. These days when so many of us are on fixed incomes, taking our auto to the dealer can be a frightening experience financially. I was very skeptical but all turned out well. To say that we're happy with the Outback would be a gigantic understatement. Every time I see Christy smile as she barely peaks over dashboard and enjoys her drive, I'm reassured that everything that we worked on was well worth it. Dear Mr. Cvijanovich and Mr. Watters,
As the owner of many Subaru?s over the years (currently, two) I?m writing to say what a great decision you made when you hired Mike Harris to join your team at Subaru Superstore.
I?ve had my Outback, Forester and Outback Sport serviced for quite a while by Power Subaru. I've always had good experiences there. But I'm absolutely certain that I speak for other Subaru owners in the Valley (many of whom I know personally) when I say this: Power got my business because of Mike.
Mike is, simply put, extraordinarily knowledge about Subaru repair issues. He?s also totally professional, hardworking, trustworthy and personable. In short, he no doubt will be (already is) a great representative of your company.
Although the location of the Superstore is, quite frankly, out of my way (compared to Power), I will nevertheless figure out how to bring my Subarus to the Superstore when they require service or repair. Ditto when it?s time to buy my next Subaru...because Mike's there.

I just want to say THANK YOU to all of your team there. Buying a car, especially with my difficult circumstance of the lease, is extremely stressful. From Brent as my sales person, your involvement with financing and to Les at the end of the process, you all took the stress out of equation. I truly did not think I would be able to get out of the lease and was sure I would have to buy a car I didn't want at the end of the lease due to the over mileage situation.

My wife and I have recently and will continue to have both our vehicles, 2005 LGT Wagon and 2008 STI, serviced at your dealership. The service has been well above average, and the amenities available (Wi-Fi, courtesy car, snacks, etc.) while I wait are second to none. I do, however, have a couple of nit-picks that I'd like to let you know about.
First, I think you would agree that a large percentage of Subaru owners are very particular about their vehicles. Also, by and large, we are also very familiar with them mechanically. With that thought in mind, I'd say it's vitally important for the service representative to listen to what the customer is telling them rather than assume what they want. Case and point, twice I have had my 08 STI in for routine maintenance, and asked that it not be washed. The reason for this is simple. Today's water based solvent paints are very susceptible to swirl scratches from a dirty towel, and I prefer to reduce that effect as long as I own the car. Gil, the service manager, apologized but that doesn't change the fact that it was washed both times against my wishes. This particular issue is not a major one, but it's the communication piece between the service advisor and the techs/lot attendants that bugs me a bit. It is also prevalent when I am describing a maintenance issue to the service advisor when the diagnosis is all but complete on my part. In a perfect world I would just prefer to speak directly to the tech and not worry about what get's lost in translation.
Second, I understand that shop supplies are a legitimate expense that a service department must pass on to the customer. However, I had some routine service done on the Legacy recently to the tune of $350 and change and was charged over $30 for shop supplies which I feel is a bit exorbitant considering there really wasn't much else done other than transmission, differential, and oil change. Also, upon returning home I noticed that one of the engine cover clips was missing. It's not uncommon for these to break or get lost, but if I'm going to be charged for shop supplies then the tech needs to recognize this and replace the clip. It makes me wonder what else might be missing or need replacing. I notified Kristi a day later and she was kind enough to take care of it for me on my next visit, but I don't feel that should have been necessary on my part.
Again, Richard, I would like to commend you for opening a stellar, well received dealership. I don't dread going there like other Subaru dealerships in the valley, and I know I or my wife will be treated well. Please don't take my rants above as a reflection on the overall level of service of the Superstore. I know that such a nice place comes at an expense, so I have no problem paying a bit more for better service. We will continue to do our part to help ensure your dealership is successful.

I went in for the first service on my Subaru and it was a pleasant suprise. The greating was nice and cordial, there was a 45 minute wait, with the car wash, and then we were on our way. There is a strange noise, but Gil is working that issue and I will return in a week or so to have that repaired. Overall it was a much better experience than I had anticipated.

Took in our new Outback for an adjustment of the security system beep and a loosened side panel. They took care of us ASAP...with a smile! Even washed the car!

Our 2010 Forrester was in to have the drivers side mirror replaced. The issue was about a distortion in the glass which makes any viewing out this mirror distracting. After the mirror was replaced, I noticed that the new mirror has the same distortion. Kristi went so far as to check out a new Forrester that you have on the lot for a loaner vehicle and it's mirror also was distorted. This leads me to believe that this is an issue with all new Forresters. I would appreciate it if you could look into this with Subaru and find out why their left drivers mirror has a distortion problem and if they intend to correct this or not. It is not a big problem but certainly is disappointing for us. Thanks.

The amount of time to complete the service was very good. Both Kristi and Brett were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. As far as I can tell, the technician did a good job. The only issue that I would raise is the car wash. Since I also own an Acura, I have been spoiled by the mini detail service there. My Forrester left your shop covered in water spots, the glass was spotted and streaked. When I arrived home, I needed to clean all of the windows and wipe down all of the water spots. I believe this is due to the hard water. I suggest that you go back to using the car wash at the Honda Dealership. This will not stop me from returning for all future services. We have been buying vehicles from Bud for too long to stop now.

My husband and I went to you dealership on March 12th. I had visited Subaru on the 11th of March. We were just looking to shop for a vehicle. When I got to your store the sales man Morgan was so helpful and kind that I brought my husband back the next day. Walt was impressed that we sat and talked and made our deal with Morgan's replacement John, who was wonderful. Needless to say we bought not one but two used vehicles from Jonh and Morgan, on the 12th of March.
I will admit I (Jo) did not like Band of America, they seemed to run us around. I did talk to a Mr. Cleveland and he took care of the situation at hand. We went to our bank Chase and got a great deal on finaning. Jeff Bowmen he has been a long lost friend of ours for years, glad to have found him at your dealership. I bought my 2010 Forester in Saskatoon, Canada, where I live and I spend 6 months each year in the Phoenix area. I've now put on 7,000 highway miles, through some tough winter conditions, and it's without question the best car I've ever owned. I spent a couple of hours in Subaru Superstore, Chandler to have a roof-top cargo box installed and the service was excellent!!! Morgan greeted me in your store this AM and offered to help me set up my Bluetooth in my new Outback EVEN AFTER I explained I had just purchased it in Riverside Ca because there was no 3.6R inventory in AZ, NM, TX, CO or UT.
Morgan was extremely courteous and polite and understood the technology perfectly, which is a lot more than can be said of my internet salesman in Riverside. Morgan represents you, and Subaru, magnificently.
Being a retired, for three years, car "dog" myself, I fully understand that Morgan may have been giving up an opportunity for a floor, phone or internet lead.
I have already purchase accessories from Raul Ramirez and he, too, is a pleasure to do business with.

I recently stopped into your dealership in Chandler Arizona to look at the Subaru Outback. A co-worker of mine suggested looking at Subaru because of their reliability and value.
I am from Wisconsin and am out here visiting family. I would not have thought to look at a Subaru only because I was unfamiliar with your models. I am pleased to tell you that has changed.
Your Sales Associate, Mr. John Fliss, met my brother and I outside and welcomed us to your facility. I explained
to Mr. Fliss how I happened to be at your store and was not looking to purchase an auto at this time. This did not deter John from wanting to spend time with us, and educate us as to the qualities of a Subaru.
I think other sales people may have simply walked away knowing I was from out of state.
John spent a lot of his time with us explaining everything from "accessories to warranties", and everything in between.
He even provided us with bottled water and brochures about your models. He is very knowledgeable about the Subaru product and their superiority to other brands of automobiles.
It is obvious that these qualities of customer service are encouraged in a positive atmosphere not easily found in sales today.
The only downside to my visit is now I can't decide between the Outback or the Legacy model.
When the time comes for me to purchase an automobile you can be sure the Subaru will be very high on my list, thanks to the time I spent with John Fliss at your dealership.
