I purchased a new Forester 2.5 LTD from the Super Store on the 29th of December.(my timing was on purpose... endof the month, end of the year) I dealt with Brent Gunderson. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the Forester and Subaru in general. I 1st contacted him through email. He was very prompt in answering my emails. He was not pushy or demanding. I feel we were treated with respect by him and the finance manager. We went back and forth over a couple of things before we settled on a the deal. When I took posession of the vehicle, my 1st pleasant surprise was seeing that the gas tank was full. I usually use getting a full tank of gas as part of the process. However, I forgot about it until after the deal was complete.... so I did not metion it. That little act alone tells me a lot about this dealership. I would recomend Brent and this dealership to anyone.

By the way we took the car up into Utah later the next week. Woke up on Saturday with 7 inches of snow on it. It handled the snow with no problem. Also in Utah, we saw more Subarus in 15 minutes of driving arround than we see all week here in AZ. Utahans love SUBARUS.

Kristi & your service team did a great job in servicing my car.   The team had to order some special parts (fuel leak), but also secured a loaner car for me to use.   It is an older car - my 03 WRX I keep as a fun car.  Anyway, another good experience & job well-done by Kristi.   Thanks,                                                                                                                                                                                                - Tom

Kristi is always very pleasant to work with and listens to what I say regarding service needed. She is a real pleasure to work with. I find all the employees very helpful and ready to assist me any way they can. I didn't purchase here but definitely to make my next trade with the SuperStore.

I showed up with a dash light error.  She made sure the issue was checked AND arranged for my 18,750 mile check-up, so that I wouldn't have to come back in a couple of weeks.  While I was waiting to talk to Kristi, 2 employees asked me if I was being helped.  Great customer service.  No problem waiting in your great waiting area...internet...CNN...snacks.  An employee also walked by offering water, after she had restocked the snacks.                                                                                                                                                                                               - Shari

Fantastic experience. I started out on-line because of previous unnerving encounters with old-school, pushy, sales-jivey salespeople. J.D. Saunders was professional, helpful, and beyond that extremely prompt. He treated me as it I were standing in the store in front of him. The other three dealers I contacted only answered the initial inquiry and never responded to my answer. J.D. had information not only on his own inventory, but that of cars located in the entire western part of the country. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Subaru Forester the same day - no hassle, no pushyness, just great service and an interest in satisfying my needs and desires. Kudos to J.D., and to the dealership. Great coffee, good snacks (helps to stave off the hunger pangs that come with making a large purchase). I highly recommend going directly to this dealership for a Subaru. Skip the hours in front of your computer and let them research for you. If they don't have it, they will find it. I left the store knowing that I was treated right -- with customer service, price, and a comfortable and casual experience.

What a great team! There wasn't a person that I came into contact with that didn't help me get my knew vehicle and do a great job at that!.. excellent facility, really good coffee, and best of all very informative, really good finance dept, and no pressure! of the five dealers that i made a visit too, they by for gave me the best experience of them all, not to mention the horror story of a visit that i had at the VW/Subaru dealer on Camelback. I would dodge that place like the plague, i didn't know people still used "shark" sales tactics anymore, what a joke, they should know that people are smarter than that these days.

I'm driving my 3rd Outback and have been going to the Subaru Superstore for service for two years after going to the McDowell store for 9 years. I have total confidence in Mike and Kristi (Service Writers) in giving me honest input and only scheduling work that needs doing. I've had the same service tech, Scotty, for most of the last 11 years and I completely trust him and his work. The employees at Subaru Superstore are professional and friendly and everyone, from the owner down, introduce themselves when encountered throughout the store. They have an outstanding waiting area including internet connected computers and fresh, free snacks. Top notch dealer in all respects.

John Dye did an excellent job in showing us the Subara Forester and continues to say Hello when I take the vehicle in for service. We are pleased with the service and obtaining an appointment time on line is very convenient.

We had a great experience with Subaru Superstore. John Dye was our sales person, and he was great. We were only interested in the base model Forester, and John didn't think twice about it. He treated us just the same. The finance team was great as well. I would highly recommend this dealership... we drove all the way from Anthem to Chandler, and it was well worth it.
As a side note- if you are interested in upgraded seats, they have a beautiful leather package at a great price. I'm not sure if any other Subaru dealerships offer this.

I have a 2002 Subaru with really high mileage and the staff at this Superstore was nothing but friendly and helpful with the work that I needed to have done on my car. The management worked with me on the work that needed to be done and they were always encouraging. It was very clear that the people that I worked with believed in their product. At a previous Subaru dealer in California, they basically told me to sell my car - that it wasn't worth fixing. Not only did the Superstore fix my problem, but they went above and beyond the expectations I had for my car. I have since been back several times and not only do they remember me, but they have always been up front about the amount of time I should expect them to have my car and they have always done a good job of keeping me apprised of where they were at in the process of servicing my car.

With a new baby on the way, my wife and I were in the market for a nicer, safer, family car. After doing some initial research and talking with friends, Subaru was at the top of our list. From beginning to end Gus was amazing! He took extra care in making sure we understood everything he was doing and worked hard to ensure full transparency throughout the shopping and buying process. Due to a time restriction that we had on our initial visit we were not able to go through the entire process at once. However, Gus was very pleasant and did not attempt to keep us any longer than we were wanting, allowing us to setup a time to come back and finish the process. What I was most impressed about was when Gus took the time up front to explain the "Subaru Experience", why he felt it was important, how much time we should expect it to take, and what we could look forward to learning about our new vehicle. And let me just say that while we did spend over 2 hours with Gus after buying our car, it was probably the most enjoyable 2 hours I've spent at a dealership. Gus demonstrated and explained many of the features of our new vehicle (some that I probably would not have discovered otherwise, but will get use out of) and fielded every question we threw his way. He is very knowledgeable on the vehicles he sells and you can sense his excitement as he walks you through the process.

I can honestly say I've never enjoyed an experience like this before at a dealership. But now that we've met Gus and the crew at Subaru Superstore, I have a feeling we'll be seeking out his expertise the next time we need a new vehicle.
