I put a deposit down to hold a new Forester in transit. It was exactly what we wanted. Brandon was very dependable, knowledgeable and helpful. We arranged our own financing and Tom got us through his department with no fuss. The post purchase orientation was relaxed and thorough. We returned about 10 days later and Darrin went over a second review. We are very happy with our new Subaru and would recommend Subaru Superstore of Gilbert without reservation.

This past Sunday we drove from Peoria to Chandler Subaru. It was a long drive, but well worth the extra time. We got to the dealership just after the doors opened - less than three hours later we owned a new Forester. The car suits us, and the price was fair. Had to take in my Crosstreck for maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). I had a couple of more concerns with clicking noises when turning. Jim was my advisor, he took great care of the car and took all 3 of my calls to explain any questions/concerns I had. I got a bit more work done to fix the clicking (axel). 10/10 service.

Our service advisor, Adam Morrison-Vega, always provides excellent customer service. Today, he really went above and beyond. We are leaving for our home state of Oregon, and yesterday all the warning lights on the dashboard of our Outback went on. Even though we did not have an appointment, Adam got our car in to determine what was wrong and to complete some minor repairs. We can never thank him enough! He is an outstanding representative of Subaru Superstore, and we really appreciate all of his help through the years!

I had a great experience working with Dan Falls when purchasing my new car. The process was incredibly smooth, and he was very knowledgeable. I walked in on Friday afternoon with a general idea of the car I wanted. Dan showed me a few different options, and we scheduled an appointment for Saturday. By Saturday afternoon, I drove off with my new car. I would give Dan a 5/5 recommendation for his excellent service. Plus, he provided his cell number for any questions I had before finalizing the sale.

I recently bought my first Subaru here after riding a motorcycle for a long time. Iām not used to the process of bringing in a vehicle for service. I donāt even write reviews honestly but Lily my service advisor is worth mentioning. She has treated me with genuine kindness and respect and is accurate on all my updates. Found a car I wanted online. Brandon with internet sales was amazing. No pressure, let multiple family members drive the car, and was beyond helpful. Donāt let anyone tell you that you canāt buy a car in under and hour. The finance guy (Brian I believe) had me in and out in 20 minutes. Easiest car buying experience of my life hands down.

I was at the dealership for a 12 months 12,000 mile warranty check up. I arrived about 15 minutes early had to wait about 15 minutes before they took the car but I waited in the comfort of my own car so it wasnāt a problem. Service took a bit longer than I anticipated but there were a lot of cars in line waiting for service that morning. Oh no, it was a good experience, I live in Casa grande, Arizona.
This was the 2nd Subaru that my wife and I have purchased from the Superstore. Everything was easy from start to finish. I highly reconmend working with Griz as your sales person.

Griz gave me the best deal and was easy to work with. Heās such a quality person whose character goes so much deeper than SSoC. Grant in delivery did a great job explaining all the vehicle features. The finance department is like going to the dentist and this experience didnāt disappoint. Thomas wasnāt overly pushy but definitely painted worse case scenarios if I didnāt buy extended coverage. I also got a kick out of seeing his document group on the giant iPad called āCYAā. Those werenāt in my favor! lol.

Just moved from Texas back to Arizona and my battery quit working. I called the dealership and was eventually handed off to the service manager Robert. I explained the circumstances and let him know I go to work at 5:30 and get off at 3:30. I bought my WRX hatchback bran new back in 2013 (almost 12 years ago) and Iāve always tried to have most of my servicing done at the dealership. Iāve lived all over the country and my Subaru has been my daily driver. Great salesman but the experience was jaded by a letter from the dealership which stated we were denied credit after the deal was done. don't know why this letter was even sent because it was incorrect. When I followed up with the dealership I was told this letter is sent to everybody which I don't believe.

Brought my new Forester in for a warranty repair. I'm unhappy about having to repair something in the first 6 months, however the Chandler Superstore did a great job of a) keeping my appointment b) keeping me informed c) getting done in a very reasonable amount of time and d) So far So good, post repair. The facility is nice as well as the staff. I have no reason to not go back!

Communication on the status of my car after 24 hrs of being in the service department was lacking. We had to call to inquire the status. We were neither offered a loaner car nor informed of the process of getting a loaner car. After the fifth day, I had to call the service department at 7am to request a loaner car. After a week, we still haven't gotten a call from the service department on the status of the car.

Excellent service on our Subaru. Air-conditioning went out. Called to schedule an appointment, easy. They kept my car overnight, but I had a loaner. The next morning, my car was ready and washed.
